About Us

MUST Marietta moved to the current location in 1989 at the same time that MUST's Emergency Shelter, SNOR (Safe Night Of Rest), also moved to the old Elizabeth Baptist Church property. Over the past decade, the programs on the Marietta Campus have expanded to include far more activity than the original sanctuary (w/classrooms and offices in the basement) and fellowship hall could accommodate - and so the proliferation of modular buildings began. Today, much of our most important, and hopefully enduring, work takes place in these "temporary" spaces - including the provision of clothes and foodstuffs, the screening and assessment of clients' needs, employment and education services, and free basic health care!
