Marketplace Pic 1An exciting new approach to becoming more sustainable has begun at MUST Ministries. After months of research and strategic planning, MUST Ministries opened a 4,600-sq.-ft. thrift store to help fund the organizations commitment to helping area residents move from poverty to stability. Clients will now have the option to purchase items in addition to the free vouchers they receive, giving them a feeling of parity and not just charity. Marketplace Pic 3

This concept is very exciting on many levels. We give clients the dignity of shopping in a nice store, we give donors an opportunity to make a difference by what they give to the store, we invite the public in to shop and see the great work we’re doing here and we  help sustain our programs with the proceeds.

MUST Marketplace donations can be taken to the MUST Donation Center at
55 Chastain Road, Suite 110, Kennesaw, GA
Tuesday-Saturday, 9-5

What We Can Use

MUST Ministries gratefully accepts donations that can be sold in its stores. The sale of donated items supports Program Services throughout MUST.

What We Can't Use

It's hard to say "no thank you" to a donation. However, if an item is not in saleable condition, the costs of handling or disposal divert funds that would otherwise support our programs. Please dispose of these items through an alternative responsible resource.

Donors are encouraged to review the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) recalls and announcements (www.cpsc.gov) before donating. The Donation Center Manager also checks this website on a weekly basis to ensure MUST is informed about all current recall information. Items that have been recalled cannot be donated to or will not be sold by MUST Ministries.
